What can we provide


Together, our two airports, Dubai International (DXB) and Al Maktoum International (DWC), make a compelling business case for any cargo airline, freight forwarders, logistics companies, cargo agent, e-commerce or associated business.

Working with our key partners and key stakeholders, we provide them a wide range of services. This caters to general cargo and all verticals of cargo products and services:

  • All other airlines handled by dnata cargo

Facilities

Our two airports have a combined capacity of almost 4 million tonnes, and facilities that are fully operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Dubai International (DXB)

Dubai International (DXB)

Currently one of the busiest hubs in the world for international air freight and a handling capacity of 2.8 million tonnes, the operation is largely clustered around Dubai Cargo Village. The facility accommodates both general and specialised cargo with a turnaround of 90 minutes. It supports rapid transfer for full container load movements between the quayside at Port Rashid or Jebel Ali port/ freezone and the apron at the DXB. There are two cargo terminals for Emirates Sky Cargo at Cargo Village and seven cargo terminals for dnata cargo FG2, FG4, FG5A, FG5B, FG6 (DFC) and Express Facility and Valuable Terminal (Transguard).

Al Maktoum International (DWC)

DWC has a handling capacity of 800,000 tonnes to 1.2 million a year with a dedicated bonded road link to Jebel Ali Port, enabling rapid transit of sea to air cargo. Road feeder service facilitates offer a smooth flow of transit air freight between the two airports through a virtual trucking corridor, secured by e-seal monitoring and controlled by Dubai Police. There are two dedicated cargo terminals, one each for Emirates Sky Cargo called EK Sky Central and dnata cargo for AOL’s called FG8/ CTB and FG9.

Gate passes are created on arrival at the entry gate.

For all other visitors

Please use multi-storey car park F, accessible from the service lane of Dubai Airports Road to the Cargo Mega Terminal. This is connected by a foot bridge to CMT in Cargo Village. Parking fees apply.
