As the Chief People Officer of Dubai Airports, Meshari Al Bannai is responsible for shaping the evolution of the organisation’s culture and evolving the systems, processes and development programmes designed to support the vision to be the world’s leading airport operator.

Meshari joined Dubai Airports in 2009 when he was appointed Head of HR Organisational Design to set up the manpower planning, compensations and benefits and organisational structure. His responsibilities continued to grow when he was appointed as Vice President of HR in 2011, followed by Senior Vice President of HR in 2015.

Meshari started his career at Emirates as Senior Industrial Engineer at HR Performance Development and ended as Performance Development Manager, before moving on to du telecom, where he was appointed as Director of Manpower Planning and Organisational Development.

Meshari holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering with a concentration in Statistics and Human Resources. He also holds a Black Belt Six Sigma certification.
