Rising Stars programme

The Rising Stars programme provides valuable work experience and skills development opportunities to undergraduate and postgraduate students. It also includes a capstone programme, giving students a practical opportunity to showcase their skills.

The programme aims to attract ambitious young Emirati students, equipping them with the necessary behaviours, competencies and skills needed to excel in various roles and laying a strong foundation for a successful career in aviation.

Designed for bachelor’s students, with a senior-year internship requirement.

Future Faces Graduate programme

The Future Faces programme is a unique opportunity designed to empower ambitious Emirati graduates to develop their skills and embark on a rewarding career in aviation.

The 12-month rotational programme offers tailored training and development opportunities for the UAE's brightest graduates. Participants gain a comprehensive understanding of airport operations, while building essential leadership skills through structured, hands-on experiences.

A placement in a one of the business units for 11–12 months of on-the-job training, providing practical experience and skills.
